The bench easily supports more than my body weight and the total barbell/plate weight load that I will be using. The weight cradles have sufficient adjust positions so that I can easily find the right fit for flat and incline bench presses. My six foot bar easily fit the cradles. The assembly instructions were some of the best and easiest to follow that I have ever seen. Also, the hardware was packaged in a blister pack and numbered to correspond to the assembly steps. I had this bench unpacked and assembled in 40 minutes. I would recommend, and I used a metric socket set and ratchet handle along with a six inch adjustable wrench to make the assembly very easy. However; two assembly tools are included with the parts package. The fold up feature is a big plus. I am very happy with this bench and would buy it again.
It is built pretty solid and sturdy it was poorly packaged the hardware(bolts, nuts and washers) were loose in the box not in a bag so some were missing. when i called to request the parts missingthe company did not seem surprised about how it was packed and said it would take at least a week to ship 1 bolt 1 lock washer and 3 washers.

This bench is great for those without a lot of space. It folds up real nice and stays that way with a locking pin that pops in, plus a manually installed pin underneath that you can add also. It was easy to put together, comes with the tools you need (but use your own if you have them) and is a sturdy bench. I use mine with a 6-foot, 15-lb aluminum bar (200 lb load capacity) and together they make a perfect home workout center. Comes with leg extension/hamstring curl attachment which is easy to get on/off (but you need tools for the nut/bolt that holds it in place). Finish is a nice satin gold color (looks good) and quality of manufacture is good also. The supports are wide enough so that one person can load weights without the bar tipping. Only two nitpicks: #1: the weight supports wobble some at the higher settings, and at the highest setting - for squats - it is just right for my 5'8" frame; taller folks will bend down some to get under the bar. #2: the gap between the seat and back support is too wide (on my bench, it is exactly 3 and 3/4 inches). It should really be no more than 2 inches. But although the large gap is a little annoying, it does not bother me. Taller/shorter people may be bothered by it, though.
I hate going to the gym because my local gym always has people using up all the benches. I never get a good workout in, because I can only use the machines, which are the only things available. I like being able to workout at my own convenience, so I shopped around for a bench. I was looking for a bench that could do flat/incline presses and not take up too much space. This was the only one I found that folded up. I was a bit hesitant. The reviews were better than the other benches so I went for it. When I opened the box, it looked like the box just exploded in my room and all I saw was a thousand nuts/bolts, and some metal bars. I was scared to death because the instructions were only 4 pages long, and it was very intimidating at first glance. After about a half hour though, I could see the bench starting to come together, and it was fairly easy to put together. As another reviewer mentioned, there was a mistake with one of the steps, but its easy to catch. It's exactly as I had wanted, and it folds up like a dream. The leg attachment is probably the bulkiest part when folded up, but it's not that big of an issue. There is NO decline on this bench though. The lowest it will go is flat, then it goes three steps ascending slightly. Since this bench has been in my room, I've gone from inclining 95lbs to 125lbs in three weeks. It's amazing, because I was barely able to bench 100lbs, and now I can do 3 sets of 8 @ 125lbs. When I get to a point where I want to take a break or a commercial is on TV, I'll just do a few reps here and there. I feel like I'm starting to plateau a bit, but I'm still pushing myself to go even higher and hope to get up to 160 (all the weights I have). I noticed another reviewer pointed out the back of the seat isn't that great for short people. I'm 145lbs @ 5'5" and I did notice it at first, but after a week of ownership, I don't even realize what the issue is anymore. All in all I think this is a great bench, and is competitively priced.
i received the BFOB10 in great condition in just over a week from when i ordered it, i was happy about that... when i put it together, it took me a lil longer than some other reviewers (about 1 1/2 hours), but it was pretty easy... all the tools and bolts that are needed to build the bench is included in the package, so don't worry about not having the proper tools... when i finished it, the bench felt sturdy (i'm about 250 lbs)... there are only a few things i didn't like about the bench... 1st, the issue people having about the gap between the seat and back pad is true... it's just a lil too far apart to do a comfortable flat bench press... however, it's not an issue when doing incline bench presses, leg extensions, or hamstring curls.... this leads me to my 2nd issue, there are 3 incline settings available... but ideally, you'd like to know what the angles (degrees) of all 3 positions are, but nowhere on the machine or manual does it say what the angles are... so that's a lil disappointing... other than that, the bench is a great product, i'd recommend it to anyone looking to get in better shape and gaining muscle... love your body.
