DESCRIPTION

The basic flat bench is a weight training standard for barbell and dumbbell exercises. Increase your strength with the commercial grade Body-Solid GFB350 Heavy Duty Flat Bench. Thick DuraFirm™ upholstery will remain comfortable and won't bottom out. The seat pad is positioned on a 2" x 3" commercial steel mainframe with 4-side welded construction. An extra wide base ensures stability and has Euro-Cap foot levelers. The GFB350 carries the Body-Solid In-Home Lifetime Warranty and a Light Commercial Warranty.

    I have been using this bench for a while now along with the PowerLine PPR200X Power Rack. Heavy duty construction, solid as a rock. No wobble, even when used for dips. The extra thick padding is amazing. I'll never again use one of those wobbly adjustable benches. Take your time putting it together, don't over-tighten the bolts, and this will easily become your favorite bench. PS, I am 6' 3/8" and I imagine the bench would be roomy enough for someone 6'6" or more.
