Fits all standard and Olympic bars. Simply put one end of the straight bar into the platform cup and load up the other end with a lat blaster bar and all the weight you can handle. The T-Bar Row Platform features a bronze Oil-Lite bushing that pivots up and down. The platform locks rock-solid to either steel tubing (usually on rack or home gym), or bolted to the floor. Full 360° horizontal swivel makes it a dream come true in tight workout quarters. Built for a lifetime of heavy-duty back-blasting workouts! Patent Pending. Cannot be used independently. Lat blaster bar LBB28, Olympic bar, and weight plates optional.
Diffferences between the TBR10 and TBR20
The T-Bar Row Platform is high quality and works to specifications. There is the not mentioned added bonus of a horizontal swivel on the bottom which allows for even greater versatility. I have now purchase 2 units alone with many more products from this company and I am happy with all of them.
This T-bar Row swivel is useful in home gyms to allow you to do a variety of single-ended barbell work. The thumb-screw is a bit wobbly, but once I got it secured, it is stable. The pivot took me a while to get working. The trick is to make sure the bolt in the base of the pivot is tight enough. From the factory, mine was very loose. After you get the basic Row working with the single-ended barbell cradled by either a V-bar or T-bar, check out the Bus Driver Rotation, Drop Squat and Row, or Barbell Squat and One Arm Press.

This product works as it should and is much better than sticking a bar in a corner. The one thing it lacks is a set screw to retain the bar, but under most usage this is not an issue.
