Each app uses this data to create an entertaining user experience and can track, save, and share each workout to third party apps. Use your smartphone, tablet, or cast to a TV! CUSTOMIZABLE QUICK KEYS

The lower console is equipped with quick keys for speed and incline. Both the speed and incline set have 2 custom settings each. Set your preferred custom speeds with .1mph increments and custom incline at 1% increments. Create your own manual interval training or simply set your perfect walking / running speeds.
