Truemed: Pay with HSA/FSA

How it Works

We've partnered with Truemed, enabling you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to get up to 30% off your new fitness equipment.

Step 1:

Add to Cart

Add your fitness equipment to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout process.

Step 2:

Select your Payment Method: Truemed, HSA/FSA'

During the checkout process, enter your email address, shipping information, and phone number. Double check that the items in your order and your personal information are correct.

Underneath Payment select "Truemed- Pay with HSA/FSA" as your payment method. Pay with HSA/FSA will be listed at the bottom of the payment options on the checkout page.

Step 3:

Click "Pay Now" and take a Quick Survey

Once you click "Pay Now" on the checkout page, you will be directed to the Truemed dashboard for a quick online health survey to determine your eligibility.

The survey will ask a few quick questions about your medical history in order to generate your Letter of Medical Necessity. Eligibility is typically determined within 24 - 48 hours but you will be able to complete your purchase immediately.

Step 4:

Complete Your Payment

Once you have completed the medical survey, you will proceed to a checkout page where you can choose to pay in full using your personal credit card or pay using your HSA or FSA card.

If you pay using your credit card, you will receive information via email for how to submit your purchase and Letter of Medical Necessity for HSA/FSA reimbursement through Truemed.

Please note: Some items are only partially eligible for HSA/FSA funds. If your product is partially eligible, you can split your payment between your credit card and HSA/FSA card.
