I’ve bought 2 of these for my work at a Fire Dept. They have been used regularly for the past 5 years. Had no issues with wear and tear, and haven’t had to replace anything yet. Assembly was a little bit of a pain (instructions aren’t as clear as they could be) - and you need a friend or you’re going to struggle bus if you assemble this solo. But once the overhead task of assembly is done this thing functions perfectly. Love the long span it gives for cable exercises, and I’ve even seen 2 guys using it at the same time without invading each others space. It’s a solid piece of equipment, and if it can survive daily use in the fire hall, it will probably serve you well for whatever your uses or demographics are. It was ~$3,000 a piece when I bought them (with the extra weight) so it’s also nice to see the price has come down a bit. I’m moving so I’m back on this website looking to buy another for personal use since I won’t have access to them. So if. Nothing else I hope that tells you something, and I Hope this review helps you.
