The directions on putting this item together are very confusing. The sizes of the bolts and screws are difficult to understand. They need to package the bolts screws and washers for each step together so you can follow the instructions. The bolts have a number at the top however different size bolts had the same number. I love the machine. But this company needs to talk to Sauder on how to make instructions to build something this big.
Purchased this machine's predecessor over 20 years ago - the EXM 1500. Same machine, different color. Not only has it lasted over time but Body Solid has stood behind their warranty and helped me to rehab the machine after heavy use through the years. The plethora of exercises available on this machine and its smoothness of operation are unmatched! Buy this machine - your only regret will be why you waited so long!
