Elevating Senior Fitness: FitnessFactory.com Partners with Bloomingdale Horizon

At FitnessFactory.com, we believe that staying active, strong, and healthy is essential at every stage of life. That’s why our team was thrilled to collaborate with Bloomingdale Horizon, a premier independent senior living community in Bloomingdale, IL, to completely revitalize their resident fitness center!

Active Living at Bloomingdale Horizon

Designed exclusively for adults aged 62 and older, Bloomingdale Horizon offers a warm, comfortable home environment paired with vibrant community amenities. From a cozy library with a fireplace and an arts and crafts room to organized cultural outings and daily recreational activities, the community keeps residents engaged and connected.

To complement these fantastic lifestyle offerings, Bloomingdale Horizon wanted a top-tier wellness space tailored specifically to the needs and comfort of active seniors.

What’s New in the Fitness Center?

Our commercial equipment experts curated a versatile selection of high-quality, easy-to-use cardio and strength equipment designed for every fitness level:

• Body-Solid Color-Coded Dumbbells: A complete set that makes strength training simple, inviting, and easy to navigate for users working on joint stability and muscle tone.
• Spirit Commercial Cardio Equipment: Featuring premium treadmills and recumbent bikes built for smooth, low-impact exercise that supports cardiovascular health without unnecessary joint strain.
• Dynamic Fluid M750 Cycle XT Ergometer (The Highlight!): The standout addition to the room—this water-resistance unit delivers hyper-smooth, adjustable fluid resistance. It offers both recumbent lower-body cycling and bidirectional upper-body arm cycling (usable seated or standing) for a total-body cardiovascular workout.
