Freight LTL Shipping
FitnessFactory.com offers LTL (Less than truckload) freight shipping on most orders over 150 lbs.
- Extended handling time of 5-7 business days. Overall time to receive is generally 14 business days or less, unless otherwise specified

- Delivery requires an appointment, and signature upon delivery. The freight carrier will call you a few days in advance to schedule
- Delivery takes place MONDAY-FRIDAY, during business hours
- A liftgate is included to get the shipment off the truck and onto the ground, delivered curbside. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, setup, or bringing inside
- Cancellation: To cancel your order without incurring fees, you must cancel within 24 hours of your order. Requests outside of the 24 hour window may not be possible if the item has already shipped.
