This elliptical trainer is engineered for durability and performance, offering a compact design that fits seamlessly into home gyms or limited spaces without compromising on features or biomechanics.
With an adjustable stride length from 17” to 21”, the E400 accommodates users of all sizes, ensuring a customized and comfortable fit. The dual-action upper and lower body movements provide a full-body workout, engaging both the arms and legs to maximize calorie burn and overall fitness.
The E400 Elliptical is equipped with 20 levels of magnetic resistance, offering a broad range of intensity options for users at every fitness level. The wireless HRC (heart-rate control) system, including a chest strap, allows users to stay within their target heart rate zones for optimal cardiovascular training.
In addition to its adjustable stride and resistance, the E400 features several built-in programs:
- Six preset programs
- Five heart-rate programs
- Manual mode for personalized workouts
- Two user profiles for easy tracking of progress
The center drive design offers a more compact and stable platform compared to front or rear-drive ellipticals, making it a perfect fit for spaces where other machines might not work. This design also ensures a balanced workout experience, preventing rocking and providing a stable, low-impact exercise session.
Additional features include:
- 300 lbs weight capacity
- Low 8” step-up height, making it easy to get on and off
- Interactive LED display for easy tracking of workout progress
- Transport handles for easy relocation of the machine
