    Fits well even within a small space. The contour of the rack makes it so that you can walk right into it to do squats. Also high enough to do calves raises. I haven't done push ups yet, but putting the dumbell over the spotters and rolling the bench far enough inward, I did push ups with just the dumbell and I can tell it's going to be great.
